Lunar Eclipse, New York City,

on February twentieth, in the year of our Lord, two thousand and eight. The moon is a murky orange almost-crescent as Earth blocks the sun's light. The city is cold and hushed; some people have stopped walking and are craning their necks. Others stay inside. Watch where you wander this evening. The moon is governess to action.
